Short version: the calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us, stored, or logged.

The calculations

Every figure on this site is computed locally by JavaScript running in your own browser. Your inputs — amounts, dates, salaries, policy details — stay on your device. They are not transmitted to proratacalc.com or to any third party, and we keep no record of them.

What we do collect

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard, non-identifying request logs (such as page URLs and approximate region) for security and aggregate traffic measurement. We may add a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which calculators are useful; if we do, it will be listed here.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalise ads, subject to your consent choices and applicable law. You can review or change Google's personalised-ad settings in Google Ads Settings. Browser controls may also let you block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect how advertising works.
